I am very dissatisfied with your company...I ordered a personalized robe and it needed to be expedited because it's a gift. I paid $40 for expedited shipping on Saturday 8/23. It is now Thursday, 8/28 and it still has not been delivered. There is no way to contact them, all the phone numbers listed don't work and all you can do is text and e-mail and they don't get back to you. I don't recommend them.
