I called them before driving to them to confirm they had the hair that I wanted. I also called while on the way and they said yes both times. Once I got there, they told me that they don't have that hair and tried to sell me something else. Terrible customer service.
I love this store!! It is always clean and organized. The staff is fantastic but someone who really sticks out to me is Pricilla (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) but she is great. I think she’s the manager? Because she is always there when I come in. I have been getting my lashes here for quite a few months now and she has made an effort to know me and even know which lashes I’m getting!
