This place is disgusting! Hair on the dirty floor, over crowded shelves, old posters and signage, cluttered mess. Ulta has more competitive prices and accepts returns for over 30 days soooo why shop here?
No respect for the customers that spend their hard earned dollars here! Be prepared to get accused of stealing or sold dry rotted hair and old products. No refunds!
I have to stop supporting these Asian owned beauty supplies because they don’t hold themselves accountable for product quality. I bought some pre-bonded lashes from here that were completely dry rotted! I returned to the store 15 minutes later and respectfully explained the situation but somehow I ended up with consequences of losing money. They forced me to make an equal exchange.
