Very suspicious company. I had Arthur come out and diagnose that my icemaker no longer works. Then he tells me $500 and they place the order for a replacement. . Two weeks goes by I never hear anything, so when I called them they told me they can’t get the part which is not reasonably believable because I called Samsung and I’ve ordered the part directly. I called them to fix a dishwasher that was not working. The inspected the dishwasher and said it needed a new part and could be fixed. After 3+ weeks I had to call them back to ask about the part. They checked and said it was never ordered. They said they'd try and order it. 2 weeks later they called back and said that they could not find the part. Price $85 for a guy to tell me he could fix the dishwasher and then never do it. Estimated $500 to fix, 250 for the part 250 for the labor. New diswasher cost $800. You're almost ... read more

I did this company to repair my refrigerator Everything went so smooth. In two hours after my phone call I’ve had their appliance repair person at my apartment, took him 1 mor hour to fix my refrigerator. Thanks Sunny appliance repair!!!
