I had my samsung 2017 fridge go out it was the 3 coils an fan.this service guy Max russian guy in Sacramento, Cut off my hose to my fridge an my fridge now ices up even my produce drawers . he should be fired .We had to call the office 3x for my fridge not fixing they kept sending the same guy max .he told me an my husband dont call me again to fix your fridge .It cost me 657.00 an still my fridge dont wrk .
I paid $85.00 yesterday to have my refrigerator diagnosed, the guy said it was the compressor and quoted $1200.00 for parts and labor. I got a second opinion today, turns out it was an overload switch. Part was $95 + labor. I don not recommend using this company. I want my money returned, it was not worth the false diagnosis.
Dealing with this company is a nightmare. If you looking to check and fix your HVAC, please consider finding a real professional HVAC company to do the job. If you have difficulty dealing with this company after a problem comes up, please contact and file a complaint with your local consumer protection office and notify the Better Business Bureau (BBB) about your problem. I never usually write reviews, but oh boy this company is something else... so we hired this company last year to come fix our dryer at our business and they fixed it... So, our dryer breaks down again and we called them again for service... really rude over the phone ... miscommunication between them and the staff there. Grace or Angel especially very rude!
