Sunny acres is a horrible place to live at! They over charge for lot rent, we have to pay for water and sewerage and they put a limit on how much water we are allowed to use, they took all our freedoms away for outside like no fire pits no outside grills the kids are not allowed to have pools or sandboxes, no outside toys for kids. The playground has old metal slides that kids could easily fall off of and injure themselves, kids are not allowed outside past 9pm. Prisoners have freedom than we do! I had a wonderful moving experience with Sunny Acres. The entire staff is wonderful. Belinda Baker, is a God send! Sunny Acres, top notch service Everyone ( office to maintenance) has been attentive to all my needs during this move. The community is beautiful and well kept. I'm very happy with with my choice to be apart of Sunny Acres!!

Had a miserable time with the application process. No matter what we did they always claimed that someone had already applied for every unit after telling us that they we available. The property manger continued to string us along for well over a month with false promises. She kept changing her story and would never admit to telling any false information.
