I paid $50 for an application to live here. I had a certain amount of time to leave the place I was in before I had to move. I have 2 children. I have a full time job. I’ve NEVER missed a payment at anyplace I’ve ever lived. I gave them every piece of information I was asked for. After 8 days, I started calling them to see what was taking so long. Sunny acres is a horrible place to live at! They over charge for lot rent, we have to pay for water and sewerage and they put a limit on how much water we are allowed to use, they took all our freedoms away for outside like no fire pits no outside grills the kids are not allowed to have pools or sandboxes, no outside toys for kids. The playground has old metal slides that kids could easily fall off of and injure themselves, kids are not allowed outside past 9pm. Prisoners have freedom than we do! I had a wonderful moving experience with Sunny Acres. The entire staff is wonderful. Belinda Baker, is a God send! Sunny Acres, top notch service Everyone ( office to maintenance) has been attentive to all my needs during this move. The community is beautiful and well kept. I'm very happy with with my choice to be apart of Sunny Acres!!
