Under new management. Quiet. Safe, sturdy mobile home at reasonable cost. Lot rent is lower than other places, no pool. But brand new laundry room. Pets welcome. Nice folks in office.
Dumpster area is always over flowed. Trash ever where... Disgusting!
Update: The fact is that Island Communities has bought run down mobile home parks all over Florida and is trying to avoid responsibility for them whilst increasing rents, tacking on junk fees and putting as many barriers in place as they can to remove contact with owners/tenants. Know what you're getting in to. I'm writing this review to save anyone I can from experiencing what I have been through with Island Communities.
