Horrible was lied to about everything said it was 13 mobile homes available I only viewed one electric wires hanging dangerous everywhere outside plumbing problems electric problems trash everywhere by trash cans and grass wasn't cut it rains inside trailers I wouldn't refer no body to live out there they ripping people off period

I’m disappointed in this place to I do feel they have so much potential but sadly I was lied to and scammed when moved here and have had issues since moved here with everything it’s a great friendly park just need so much work, especially with certain tenants throwing all there trash and home items in dumpsters and it’s so bad I been here 5 months and I can’t sell my trailer because of all the bad reviews so not only am I stuck here I have to deal with the mess! I have personally witnessed the situation involving Lot 55 and have seen the frustration this situation has caused. From what I have observed, there are serious concerns regarding the lease-to-purchase arrangement, the paperwork, the changing charges, and the unresolved AC issue. I hope corporate management takes the complaints seriously and works toward a fair resolution.
Very disappointing experience with the lease-to-purchase process. I was told by the representative that this was a four-year lease-to-purchase arrangement, with approximately $650 for lot rent and $500 toward the home, for about $1,150 per month. I was also told I could make improvements to the home and build equity because I would eventually own it.
