We have lived here for 5 years now and have had no problems. This is not a trailer park, it is a community. Our manager is so very kind. He and the caretaker go far out of their way to help out. Our streets are cleared when it snows, when there is a storm. We have an annual spring cleaning that we do not pay extra for. Also we participate in National Night Out with a picnic in our playground with a raffle, bounce rides for the kids and entertainment. It is kept clean.
