I lived here 10 years now. I would never ever buy in the nightmare neighborhood again. Zeman is a horrific place to live in, its like the DR Horton of parks. Dont expect to be able to drink the water, reach maintenance, the office or corporate. They will even leave you without electricity & water for days & not care. I'd give 0 stars

Very disappointed in how this place is being ran. Used to be a decent little playground that they tore out for nothing. Even though there's a big park across the street from the trailer park it was still nice for the younger kids. Plus many other maintenance issues and how they treat senior citizens is unacceptable. Stay away from this place!!!
Nice clean park. I have wonderful neighbors. The park contacts are very disappointing though. They never return emails, texts or phone calls. The only time you hear from them is when they put a piece of paper on your door tell you to repair by certain date or they will and charge an out price. Fences are not allowed but there is someone they are allowing to have a fence. They are a very disappointing landlord!
