Great experience, service, and prices. Dealerships were trying to charge three times as much.
We were stranded on our 1996 older Harley, heading back to Michigan! Brett at O' Reilly's Auto Parts recommended his brother Robbie to help us. It was after his normal business hours, yet got us in diagnosised and fixed in about an hour! We can't thank him enough for his good deed of excellent customer service, nice to know there are good people out there! We are now on our way home!!
I was recommended by a cousin of Robbie. I’m a single woman so getting a good deal is hard to find…I thought I’d found this here. Robbie and his daughter were just so nice. I immediately felt comfortable and felt that what Robbie said was expert advice. I traveled a ways to use him…spreading the love right? Wrong! I was told by Robbie that my tie rods needed replaced and it would be $850. I was also told that I needed a fuel pump another $900+.
