Sunnova is by far the most difficult company I have ever worked with. Their customer service is absolutely horrific. You sit on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone, then it disconnects. You call back and the same thing happens. If you do finally reach an agent, they are slow and unsympathetic. There are many things I despise about this company. Es una empresa irresponsable no los recomiendo, me siento estafada, adquiri los paneles en modalidad de renta porque ellos asumian supuestamente cualquier daño o situación con los paneles. Pero al momento de solicitar el retiro temporal para cambiar mi techo y luego que l9s volvieran a colocar ellos salen con el cuento qué la compañía se declaró en quiebra y que no responden por nada.
