Can't get any help, even after at least a dozen calls to customer service.
I will start this by saying I do not and would not do business with this company. My elderly mother had some guy sell her this lease before I knew about it and could stop her. Her system has not been producing since March per APS. She contacted Sunnova multiple times before someone finally came out to fix the system. They didn't fix anything. They cost me $7,000 worth of damages, refused to pay for them, then filed bankruptcy.
If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service and company as a whole doesn’t give a shit about you. Be prepared for them to take money out of your account without permission. And well over the amount they should. There’s a reason they went bankrupt and the new owners are just as bad! 🤬
