If you are looking for a terrible solar company, Sunnova is your choice. First, the panels do not produce the promised output, resulting in no savings at all. Second, while customer service is reachable, it is utterly useless. For the past two months, I have been trying to get two quotes: one for removing and replacing panels due to a roof replacement, and another for relocation. Worst investment I ever made. I have been arguing with Sunnova over my low production for over 1 year. I contacted my local installer, and they agree my production is not adequate. Installer even sent someone out to test all the panels voltage. 32/68 panels are bad and Sunnova refuses to listen. The installed also cited problems with the wiring and insulation. Do not work with this company. Installed Solar Panels 20 months ago. When you have an issue and call their customer support you will not be able to understand the person you are talking to. Called back 4 times and each time could not understand the person on the other line. Have emailed several times and each time it's a generic response if you get one at all.
