Looked to have my 18 year old dog put to sleep. The vet refused to do it, even though the dog was having 5 seizure a day, until she gives him a $124 exam to see if he was healthy enough to be euthanized. Money is this vets priority not the welfare of the animals. I wouldn't recommend this corporate unempathetic money hungry vet to my worst enemy. 5 days later my poor dog died in a very painful excruciating way. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Their space is also designed beautifully. They offered a free lickable treat to take home and made sure I was fully equipped with even extra help to make sure my kitten was well taken care of. Would highly recommend
Bad customer service at the North London. My dog had an appointment this morning at 9:45. Called at 8 am, to say I wasn't going to be able to make it for that time, and to see if we could push it to 10 AM. No one answered as usual, I had to leave a message. I traveled all the way from South London and as I'm parking my car at 9:54 this receptionist calls me saying that they won't be able to see my dog.
