I paid a $50 deposit and booked with Jerod or the slayologist, I sat in the salon for over 4 hours waiting for service that I never received. The young man kept telling me he would be with me until 1 point he left to pick up his dog from a groomer and I was informed by another client . I booked a 1st time appointment for my Mother on 10/3 for Jerrod in which he was very prompt and helpful via text! He gave me the time and date for my Mom's appointment which was scheduled for 10/26 at 10:30am and he requested a $65 dollar deposit in which I paid. Unfortunately he no showed my Mothers appointment and no one at the shop or myself could get ahold of him. My Mother waited 30 plus minutes but eventually left. This was the first time going to this salon and it was great took my granddaughter getting ready for school, she loved been there the employees were very nice and polite and very friendly it was clean and very thing was nice. "Jarod" he is the best I will be bring her back as well as myself 😊
