This is the best company to work with, Terry is very educated and cares about each and every person she helps. We are using her to help with my dad and his VA and medical issues and let me tell you. You need an advocate to do this for your loved ones or yourself. She has also helped me with my own family. Terry is beyond knowledgeable in her field. She knows just what needs to be requested in order to help her patient. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy her client. Passion motivates her to get the job done, compassion drives her to get results, and determination fuels her to get a desired outcome. Patient advocacy is something many people are not aware of --I was one of those people.
