My experience with them has been really, really good. The other reviews might be valid, but my experience has been great. Every call I've made to them, they've either answered the phone or called me back after leaving a voice mail. They've been helpful overall, and their Sunturf ground mount system was easy for me to put together. Outstanding racking system for roof and ground mounts. Better pricing and no-hassle coupling hardware (reducing mount time), make SunModo my go-to for racking. Exceeds my expectations every time... highly recommended.
