I've already gone to this salon, I love it! The owner/head of Modneir does an amazing job- whether I get a perm or a haircut, it always comes out nicely! Rather than rushing through customers, she takes a lot of time perfecting the haircut- when I got my ends trimmed, she spent 10-15 minutes afterwards checking for uneven strands. Would definitely recommend Modneir to people who would spend a bit of their time for a precise cut!
