Had their awning installed 4 years ago. Then the chain broke on the arm so I called for repair. They sent two men who looked at the awning for 5 minutes, told me they would have to order parts and left. I decided not to repair it and called to tell the company so. They then sent me an invoice for $125.00 for two men for a trip charge!!! Outrages customer service since they did absolutely nothing to the awning. I would never recommend.
