I also moved into a new construction home and found our new block wall to be coming apart. Company has given 4 conflicting excuses with no documentation and refused to honor warranty on wall. Beware!
Driver did not secure their load on the freeway and lost a bucket which flew right into my wife’s car. No answer when I call the number. Please teach your crew how to properly secure their load when traveling so they can create a safe environment and not endanger others.
Looks like I’m not the first for walls separating with Sun Master Masonry. New construction home, 6 months old. We added a pool to our backyard which the state requires a spring for safety. The short side of the wall attached to the house has separated 90% of the way, it is now only attached at the bottom. Put in for a warranty and their super said the spring voids the warranty and they will not fix it. Safety doesn't seem to be a priority to this company. Had 2 employees driving down Queen creek with a load of 20 pallets not secure. Pallets were starting to almost fall off and the employees are completely unaware.
