I have an old home and it benefits greatly from a custom design. Had the best experience and results with SunMaster. Lisa listened carefully to what I was saying about my issue and she came up with a practical, creative way to stitch sun protection as well as complete privacy in each roll of material.(Lots of color choices.) The result is so pleasing, I love it. Highly recommend this company who have competitive prices for the quality materials and workmanship. The installer and his helper were very good.

Four months after installation our solar blind now needs repair, and we also need repair to our roof from damage caused by this blind ! Bob (salesperson) is a nice guy, but this does not help when you need to complain or ask for a repair. Lisa (owner) is very dismissive, almost rude. She will not entertain any kind of repair for us. SunMaster did an outstanding job on 4 large Maxi Drop Roller Shades (solar shades) for our outdoor porch. This is a local family owned southern CA company that is very customer focus. That big wind in October blew away our 10-year-old awning. Bob from SunMaster gave us a great quote and a couple weeks later it is all done and it looks great. They have a very clear communication process with Lisa. I found everyone from the company to be super friendly and courteous. The installer and his helper were the best!
We’re very happy with our new SunMaster awning. It looks great, operates easily with the remote, and provides the much-needed shade for our sunny backyard. Bob gave us good advice for the final size and placement. And, the careful, professional installation by Enrique and Alex was flawless. We highly recommend SunMaster!
