Always helpful with my questions.
Been debating for a bit now on writing this, but I feel that it can’t go unknown. I don’t want other people to have to feel like this too. The bank itself is great. Other locations are too. This location on the other hand is HORRIBLE. They act like it’s an inconvenience for you to be bothering them, cuz ya know their cellphones are more important. absolutely love sunmark it's like banking with family
I have been using the Broadway branch for at least 15 years and the personell there is steadily getting more incompetant. To get some bills broken down, 100"s to 50"s it took 3 tellers a half hour to get the job done. If you ask a question to a teller you get a blank look and she has to get help. In the old days the tellers knew your name, were friendly and knew their business. Mabey they need more training or higher wages. Get your stuff together or Broadview is going to eat your lunch.
