The new manager at this location and the Rotterdam location is not only incompetent, but malicious. I have been depositing business checks here for 3 years without issue, when today, without any advanced warning, I was advised they would no longer be honoring my county-issued DBA, and I would have to open a separate account. Dumbest credit union I’ve ever dealt with. They aren’t consistent about taking payments from accounts, leaving me in bad positions multiple times, and have cancelled my debit card now for the third time on “fraud” without contacting me. Will be closing my account shortly. Literally any other credit union is better
