I have been using the Broadway branch for at least 15 years and the personell there is steadily getting more incompetant. To get some bills broken down, 100"s to 50"s it took 3 tellers a half hour to get the job done. If you ask a question to a teller you get a blank look and she has to get help. In the old days the tellers knew your name, were friendly and knew their business. Mabey they need more training or higher wages. Get your stuff together or Broadview is going to eat your lunch. In my 10 years of going to Sunmark, I have never experienced such foul professionalism. I walked into the Broadway location And was greeted by a Guyanese lady (I don’t remember the representative’s name) I walked to the ATM to withdraw money for a payment on my car loan and was told that I needed to take off my sunglasses and they informed me that there’s a rule stating that customers are not allowed to wear sunglasses at this location, and I told her that these are my prescription glasses and she then apologized and told he... read more
All of the employees are always friendly and helpful. They welcome me when I come in and acknowledge me before I walk out the door. All of the ladies are ready to help with anything I ask and do their best to answer my questions
The new manager at this location and the Rotterdam location is not only incompetent, but malicious. I have been depositing business checks here for 3 years without issue, when today, without any advanced warning, I was advised they would no longer be honoring my county-issued DBA, and I would have to open a separate account.
