Katie Gamache, Member Relationship Manager II, is a great employee. She is very patient and helpful. I was locked out of my account on-line, and me & my wife have had an issue with our debit cards. Every time, without hesitation, she listened and took the time to resolve our issue. Thank you Katie!

Adding details ad requested. There's always issues at this branch. For example today... your atm malfunctioned AGAIN and took my money and my debit card. On a Sunday.
Their teller staff is really friendly and helpful Meanwhile member relationship folks are rude and not helpful at all. They always are busy on the phone while people are waiting to be helped, specially this one guy, I wouldn’t specify his name so he can improve upon his behavior by self-reflection.
