My debit card was stolen, and four fraudulent charges were put on it, two smaller and two larger. The two smaller charges were reimbursed, while the two larger were not. The reason I was given was that the card was used via chip or swipe, which crumbled because the card was used the same way consecutively in all four transactions in the same place. My wife has been with SunMark for over 16 years, we now live about 1.5h away from the closest branch. After she changed her last name, her debit card chip stopped working. She made the drive to the Clifton Park office with our marriage certificate. The two tellers helping her said they can order a new debit card and she should get it within 2 weeks. It’s now been 2 weeks and no card. She calls customer service and no card was ordered and then she was told she could’ve walked away with a new debit card in the branch that day.... read more
