Was a great bank key word "WAS" now after 3 months card number being stolen 4 times and allowing 800$ in fraud charges go through my account and them dragging thier feet to resolve the issue then to find out a month later they denied a transaction that took place across the US and took 800 I didn't spend back this bank is absolutely the worst secured bank to ever have and experience the lack of communication just take money from you without notice and no reasoning to why terrible bank
Zero stars if I could but it wouldn't let me. I applied for a small personal loan with Katie. She said she would call me on Monday. I never received a call. Tuesday I called and spoke to a representative who left her a message to call me in regards to the loan and I was told she would call me back. Again she did not call me back. Wednesday my husband stopped at the bank and spoke to Katie who said she got the message from the previous day and would call me. Thursday and still no call from Katie.
