Professional and helpful .
Been with sunmark for years... but as of lately, well.. . The last straw was when I went in last Thursday with an important issue I needed possible solutions to. Spoke with a woman, she didn't take me seriously, for she literally spent the whole time playing with her eyelashes. She took my number and said she'd call by the end of the day. Well, she did not. Katie Gamache, Member Relationship Manager II, is a great employee. She is very patient and helpful. I was locked out of my account on-line, and me & my wife have had an issue with our debit cards. Every time, without hesitation, she listened and took the time to resolve our issue. Thank you Katie!
