Service was good in that I was greeted in a friendly manner. The rating is low because when I asked to withdraw money, the teller didn’t even try to verify my identity and just processed the transaction and handed me a substantial withdraw. I find this very disturbing and question the safety of my deposits as it appears just anyone could claim to be me and empty my accounts without regard.
I have been a member of Sunmark since 1974 when it was in the back of a little house in Scotia. Their service and products are superior. Great rates on loans and CDs. Good locations.

My debit card was stolen, and four fraudulent charges were put on it, two smaller and two larger. The two smaller charges were reimbursed, while the two larger were not. The reason I was given was that the card was used via chip or swipe, which crumbled because the card was used the same way consecutively in all four transactions in the same place.
