Adding details ad requested. There's always issues at this branch. For example today... your atm malfunctioned AGAIN and took my money and my debit card. On a Sunday.
Their teller staff is really friendly and helpful Meanwhile member relationship folks are rude and not helpful at all. They always are busy on the phone while people are waiting to be helped, specially this one guy, I wouldn’t specify his name so he can improve upon his behavior by self-reflection.
After 6 ATM/debit transactions per month they charge a fee. When I opened the account I was not made aware of this. I was not able to get into my account for the first 2 weeks because I was locked out...of using my own money. I also was not asked about getting checks when opening the account and had to call and order them. Bad experience all around with this credit union. It's not my job to know their policies and procedures, it's their job. If I was informed of all the above I would never have opened an account at Sunmark.
i ve been with SUNMARK all my life about 47 years and never had a bad experience with them. the personal working there are so friendly and knowledgeable about there job. Especially the Clifton Park Branch !!!! I TRUST them with all my financial needs !!!
