I'd like to say this is the most honest review that I ever wrote, please please make sure to read through before you make your decision, unless you have money to waste. They installed fully paid solar panels 3 years ago to our roof and our Roof started to leak from ceiling just under the solar panels. I called them to come and check it out. It took 2-3 months to someone to come and check. Unresponsive and impossible to get ahold of after they have your money. If something fails, you're completely on your own.
We got solar on our condo rooftop. We were first in our community. Our experience with SunLux was seamless from start to finish. We are extremely happy, and very satisfied with the entire experience. We really enjoy seeing how much money we are saving on electricity every single day. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service, placed a call for service 5 days ago, no response. SAD!
Installed a SunLux system and has been working great! One panel was struck by lightning and got in touch with my PM, Alex, and he jumped right on it to replace the panel. There were some delays, but throughout the entire process, Alex was transparent and communicative. He was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Sunlux to anyone looking into Solar.
