I purchased the Oasis system through my local pool tech. Once installed, it turned out that the tech did not really know how to install and configure it and disappeared leaving me with a system that was not working. First Sunlover sent their tech out to have a look at how it was installed and had to make some changes as the original pool tech did not install it correctly.
