Worst real estate ever! Never talk nice, bad manner. Change their words all the time, can’t even trust anything they say. Never take any responsibility. Also people who will come to live with you if you look for share mates. many backpackers will contact you an will end up with not help you to pay rent and will end up with try to take your money. if you dont give them they will bother you with many things. esp backpacker name Felix from Austria. watch out!
Lot of units with 12ppl, Airbnb rooms. The whole building is terrible, cockroaches every levels, gym is terrible. The security guard is a crock. Never buy any units there, this building would burn someday with all the hazards!
