Went in for a windshield replacement through GEICO. Insurance made it difficult to choose a shop other than Safelite, but once connected with Sunlite the customer service situation improved drastically. The owner and office staff were excellent with their communication, and resolved an issue with the glass that was out of their control. Nevertheless, they ensured every wrong was made right. Great experience with the shop tech and office staff, I would certainly recommend this shop for any auto glass needs
Bad customer service, seem to not value new customers as I tried calling multiple times and visit in person, in which I was waiting for 20 minutes while they sit in their garage waiting for some reason. Decided to leave and go to other service. Do not recommend if you want fast and easy service.

The gentleman who helped us, on very short notice, was wonderful. Efficient and effective. We were very grateful for such professional service.
Scheduled an appointment with Sunlite. They told me one day but scheduled the appointment for a different day. The technician had no idea I why I was there which explains why he didn't immediately greet me and welcome me. He came off quite standoffish but understandably so, I wasn't on his books. He did not have a windshield for me. Womp! Womp! A thumbs down experience.
