Sunlit gardens make many promises but follow thru on none. The response to patient needs is EXTREMELY SLOW. I believe the facility is very understaffed. Care givers are friendly when you can get one. I just tried to call and on hold waiting for a care worker to answer phone 10 min and no care giver ever came to phone. Night time seems to be impossible to get anyone to help. I wish the management cared about what is going on in their facility, this could be a nice place, at this point I would not recommend to any one
Called for information. The staff was clueless and rude. Wouldn’t feel comfortable sending my family to a place that doesn’t even have their customer liaison in order
Brandy and Brent have made this experience the absolute best we could have ever imagined!!!
What is the point of providing a phone number if no one ever answers the phone? Very disappointing, especially on Father’s Day.
