Purchased an in-ground blanket box and completed all the required forms when scheduling the installation, but the specifications were not followed. On top of that, the blanket box wasn’t even level. When they returned to “fix” the job, they ended up shovelling a whole pile of sand into the pool, and the installation still wasn’t level. From the Superstar office lady Stacey to the installers, heaps of questions were asked but I didnt know how to answer theyre too technical for me.
