From the Superstar office lady Stacey to the installers, heaps of questions were asked but I didnt know how to answer theyre too technical for me. But it didnt stop them, arrived at the booking, problem solving right away, digging team went all out to make this happen . Highly recommended to everyone this “Customer First” business! Just had a Sunline inground blanket installed through our pool installer. We were not told by the pool company that the blanket box sizes are in increments of 500mm which made our 2.65m blanket come in a 3.5m box. The Sunline crew understood when I questioned it and didn't hesitate to trim it to the correct size to suit our pool. Great to deal with and took every opportunity to give us the best result! Would highly recommend!
