Great company to deal with, very quick communication and do what they can to help.
Purchased an in-ground blanket box and completed all the required forms when scheduling the installation, but the specifications were not followed. On top of that, the blanket box wasn’t even level. When they returned to “fix” the job, they ended up shovelling a whole pile of sand into the pool, and the installation still wasn’t level. I’m not sure if it was bad luck or inexperienced staff, but I’m utterly disappointed, especially considering the price we paid.
