Our sauna was defective when delivered. They made one attempt to fix it and gave up. Offered to replace the whole unit. I’ve been trying to ask them how I’m going to pack up the old unit for about 2 weeks but no response. I would have a lot of patience if they had responded to my emails, but no. Complete silence. BTW, the email address I’m using is the one Nelson at customer service used to contact me, so I know it’s correct. Now they are not responding to my emails.
