Amazing massage, I got a massage from Lemon as well as my fiance, and my friend had a amazing massage from Kitty. Would recommend to everyone.
Massage was ok but kept stopping to see other clients that walk in, Literally rested her appointment book on my back flicking through it for 15 minutes of my appointment. I've been on 3 occasions and every time there has been at least one interruption to go answer the door or take a phonecall during the massage. You arguing on the phone while massaging me is not relaxing. Just employ a secretary already as I won't be back,
Answered the phone and took bookings TWICE mid-massage then left the room another two times to speak to customers in the waiting room MID-MASSAGE! She was even having a conversation on the phone making a booking while still rubbing my shoulder with one hand. Unbelievable! I felt like grabbing the phone and throwing it. She still charged full price despite 4 interruptions. I won't be back. Zero stars if I could. It's like a factory line for customers rather than a relaxing session.
