I am a driver,I arrived at 2:10 pm and there were no other drivers present, I waited until 05:00 pm and my trailer remained empty, no one came to fill it. I visited the shipper twice, and nothing, finally l left with my trailer empty.
Not bringing anything to this joint again.no phone number to call and talk to someone,just leave a message and never have it returned.no room to do anything back in or back out. Maybe they should look into hiring RUBY for some help.
