As a resident for about 2.5 years, I've been consistently disappointment. Poorly staffed and always overturning staff. The have no Dietitian. The meals are for all residents. Needing special meals for those with health concerns. So.e staff are known to raid the kitchen pantries regularly causing meals to be short when those are living here going away hungry. i live here things were rough at first but things have improved substantially.
if you are here searching for a place for your love ones please pay attention to the reviews of residents and family members of residents. I see a pattern of the only good reviews being staff and people who were encouraged to write 5* reviews to try to balance out the bad ones. this is a common practice among these placed with horrible conditions and sub par staff. don't fall for the trap good luck and God Bless !!!!
I have barely even worked here. It is dirty and unprofessional. I was asked which weekend I could work and because that weekend was “full” I couldn’t have a job there. Mind you I stated at orientation I had another job that I work on the weekend I couldn’t work here at sunlight on. And was let go because they have a full staff for the weekend I requested since day one. When they never told me the weekend was full until I kept asking for a finalized schedule. my sister is in was filthy. It stinks in there. The sheets were yellow. There is feces behind the toilet. My sister was not bathed and no running hot water for 2 weeks 🥴
