Very relaxing. Hot stones were great. Very professional and courteous.
There was a slight issue with my previous massage ( you can see below) Being that I didn't find the masseuse being up to par. However management quickly contacted me to let me know the issue have been resolved and offered me complimentary massage in their sister place in erie. This place is a lot bigger and my massage was wonderful. I was thankful for management getting back to me quickly. I will return. I had a massage this afternoon but I was less than thrilled.
