Employees are awesome and very helpful when I needed help to get back to my car and the teller helped me back out to my car, I'm so thankful for that,
I’ve had a vehicle loan with this union for the last 6 years. What has been demonstrated to me by this organization, is the outstanding lack of attention to detail and professionalism. The loan has since been paid off, but Sunlight failed to cancel ACH. No problem. Call Sunlight, money will be back in a few days. 20 days later, money has not been reversed. There’s been several issues with this account, including not applying full ACH payments to the loan, ACH pulling after account was paid off, and other issues along the way... read more
