Stay away! I bought a hot water on demand unit from a rep that told me he had 2 for sale that were previously installed and taken out of a place due to non payment (I suspect this person had a legitimate grievance). After offering a warranty and a receipt I went to the reps home and paid cash. The unit sat in my basement for a few months, went to hook it up and it immediately started leaking.
