It's a scam. I can't get any of the refunds they promised. Nathan Washburn will not return my calls or emails, and the main phone number to the company is disconnected. RUN.
Horrible experience with customer service representative( Nate Washbern). He started the conversation with its not a sales call and he was just there to educate me on solar. Then he got upset and started becoming agressive when I thank him for his time and wanted to hang up. Very unprofessional.
These guys I would 100% recommend to anyone when it comes to dealing with solar. I was a little skeptical at first going through with this process but they went above and beyond answering all of my questions and most importantly making sure I was satisfied with the overall process. I would 100% recommend sunlife to anyone looking to go solar. They will most definitely treat you right.
This business was texting me at 545a in the morning. I haven’t even dealt with them but sending me a text that early telling me you can give me a great quote and I live across the U.S.? Do not do business with them! They seem very incompetent and uneducated!
Sunlife power has some of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Will, Nicole and Elyse were a finely tuned customer service team. They kept me updated of every step of the solar process. Thank you sunlife power. I’m sending all my friends your way 1. So they can get solar from a wonderful company who doesn’t use used car salesman tactics like others(Power Home) 2. So I can still chat with Will, Nicole, and Elyse.
