Really horrible customer service, I would NOT suggest purchasing from this company. If you contact them, they either will not respond or they won’t be able to help you. I had a question regarding potential allergens in the solution, since I have a few clients with severe allergies (almond) and they couldn’t answer.. how can a company not be able to respond to a question about their OWN product (again still haven’t heard back after contacting all email/message lines including Instagram). Al in the technical support department is so knowledgeable! He’s always patient and knows the Auto Revolution inside and out. I am looking forward to buying more equipment from Norvell with confidence knowing they are there to help with any issues. I can’t thank Al enough for all the help He’s given us. I highly highly recommend Norvell and the staff. Especially Al.

I have emailed and called every day for the past 3 weeks and cannot get a response or call back. After multiple attempts I have only been able to get through to customer support once and they assured me I would get a call back but nothing! Terrible service.
