RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! their equipment and parts are overpriced. Solution should not be priced at over $100 a container. Changing your company name from Sunless inc to Innove doesn't make your product any better. Brandon and Taneal, (name spelling may be wrong, but they know who they are) they willl do everything not to help you and Taneal willl even talk down to you like you are not important. Really horrible customer service, I would NOT suggest purchasing from this company. If you contact them, they either will not respond or they won’t be able to help you. I had a question regarding potential allergens in the solution, since I have a few clients with severe allergies (almond) and they couldn’t answer.. how can a company not be able to respond to a question about their OWN product (again still haven’t heard back after contacting all email/message lines including Instagram). Al in the technical support department is so knowledgeable! He’s always patient and knows the Auto Revolution inside and out. I am looking forward to buying more equipment from Norvell with confidence knowing they are there to help with any issues. I can’t thank Al enough for all the help He’s given us.
