Absolutely love this company. Their oils are expertly blended and deliver a scent that is unmatched.
Ordered from SunLeaf after a friend recommended them when I asked why she always smells so great lol. Love their oil blends and also received excellent customer service. Apparently there was some confusion regarding which blend I was trying to order, so they went ahead and sent me both, charged for one, to ensure that I would receive what I wanted. Unexpected level of customer care for an online order, very much appreciated!
Shorted us on the shipment (missing items), and weeks have gone by without resolution of the missing items despite multiple attempts to contact. (This was an order for Christmas gifts, it is currently January 16th.) Meanwhile they have our money. I like to support smaller and local companies, so what’s the etiquette in this case for how long I wait before reversing the charge? Please don’t take the order if you can’t fill it.
Although I love the products from Sunleaf Nautrals, I have a problem with their shipping. The last few times I've ordered from them it takes two weeks before they even ship their products. Waiting 3 weeks to get their products is very unprofessional in my opinion. I tried to talk to them about this and all I get is a sorry for your inconvenience.
