Great community
I like living here. The HOA does things that I feel are not in the best interest of those living here.
The HOA fees have gone up 10% every year for the past 4-5 years (so now over $1000 per year or about $90 per month). People are cliquish, don’t wave or respond to “hello” or “good morning” like they used to when I moved here. It used to be a beautiful place to live before they ripped out the fruit and shade trees. They do offer Bingo open to outsiders on Sundays. The rules apply for some, not all.
