Sunland is not capable of doing large jobs well. Currently in the final phase of a $3m paving project in my community and it’s been a mess. They have done nothing to ensure safety and efficiency for residents during the project and as a result there have been cars parked clogging up the main road causing dangerous conditions for drivers and pedestrians. This company is working in our community of 500-600 homes and has done a poor job staggering work and has put out zero construction work signs out making it unsafe and impossible in places to travel on the busy, main road. We called into the hotline never got a response. They have made a complete hassle for weeks and cut off school bus service to several families. This company was hired by city of Glendale to resurface our residential streets. The signage to stay off fresh slurry was non existent. They should have had yellow tape up or cones blocking driveways. The flier to give notice of project was 2 yrs old and just said roads were going to have sealing done. Never said anything about relocating vehicles because leaving your driveway would do damage to car and road. I had to call to get date and times and instructions. VERY INCOMPETENT. This company causes 2 hour delays to roads find another company who works the roads over night to help alleviate congestion/ traffic
