As the Clerk for a local precinct, held for many years in Sunlake Terrace Estates, I have experienced a lot of highs and lows and seen much growth and change in the entire community over time, however, this most recent experience, with Gessie, the new property manager, and her staff, was -- by far -- the MOST pleasant, enjoyable one in my history of running an election! whenever you want to say more than less to get a point across it is great to finally have Superior personality who is organized who respects the community who believes in our well-being who wants the best image for yes communities but also for Sunlake Terrace Estates not an easy thing to do. It's concerning to see residents held to strict standards while similar accountability does not appear to apply to employees.
I’ve lived at the SunLake Terrace community for over 5 years. Gessie Negron is awesome! She goes above and beyond with helping when I’ve needed her. She has for sure made things in the Community run smoothly.
We have been here 8 month and we love the neighborhood and Gessie has been a wonderful help to make us feel welcome, she's a very friendly, professional, and makes everyone feel comfortable 😊.
