What a disgusting place to live anymore. As soon as entering the establishment, you smell raw sewage Seeping from the sewage plant as you can see in the road mud colored water, which is actual fecal matter mixed with water. The manager, kimberly is a story in its own with the way she treats our community. She is the ninth manager in the 7 years I have resided here. This community used to be super quiet, super clean and super safe; lately it does not feel that way. You have to go into an office to ask for them to open the dumpsters. That's if we're lucky enough to get someone to answer. Most of the times there's a sign that says out for lunch but lunch seems to be all day since no one ever answers. There is no pickup days for big items, so if you don't have a pickup to dispose of tree branches or furniture or anything you have to take to a dumpster you're on your own. Current lawn care situation is abysmal my grass is over grown too often. Lot rent continues to go up and quality of life in the neighborhood goes down. Hopefully will be out of here next year.

I would advise anyone looking to move here to strongly reconsider. My wife and I lived there for 7 years, and the property just kept getting worse. We had property destroyed by employees and contracted workers, and management never did anything. Lot rent went up by $60/year, and there are no amenities outside of a pool. Now, we've moved out and used Yes communities as a broker to sell our home. The same lack of communication has continued. We're still paying a mortgage and lot rent for a home that the property has made zero ... read more
