I would advise anyone looking to move here to strongly reconsider. My wife and I lived there for 7 years, and the property just kept getting worse. We had property destroyed by employees and contracted workers, and management never did anything. Lot rent went up by $60/year, and there are no amenities outside of a pool. Now, we've moved out and used Yes communities as a broker to sell our home. The same lack of communication has continued. They fire the best office manager they had Gessie, they changed the best landscapers Eddie that were here all week to ones that show up when they feel like it once a month, all they pick up is dirt and skip every other house and spray poison on everything they don't want to mow (my bet that is illegal) and they call them the best landscapers they ever had. I want to send a message to the community corporate office Gessie gnegron In the years that I’ve been with a community they’ve never had a person that has been so helpful. It’s so caring for the community. I appreciate everything that she does for us and for our community. I am very grateful for her and my most moments that I needed help she’s always been there for me. As the Clerk for a local precinct, held for many years in Sunlake Terrace Estates, I have experienced a lot of highs and lows and seen much growth and change in the entire community over time, however, this most recent experience, with Gessie, the new property manager, and her staff, was -- by far -- the MOST pleasant, enjoyable one in my history of running an election! whenever you want to say more than less to get a point across it is great to finally have Superior personality who is organized who respects the community who believes in our well-being who wants the best image for yes communities but also for Sunlake Terrace Estates not an easy thing to do.
