Bad customer service. I’ve been to this location three times. My first visit was a couple years ago and it was fine. I went in for my second time and the lady made me feel like I was bothering her for walking in. She told me she wasn’t able to help me so I left. My third visit the lady walked over and let me know the service I wanted took a week, I said okay. She just stared at me like she didn’t want to help me. Love how clean my suit came out. I was afraid a chili stain wouldn’t come out but it did.The price did not break the bank at all. Definitely recommend this place and my suit was ready in 3 days.
Very rude unfriendly older lady. Acted like I was an inconvenience. I needed a comforter dry cleaned she was raising her voice about it being too big they could only wash it the machine was broken and they weren't responsible for damage!! We'll it didn't sound good or reasuring in any way that this was a reliable cleaners. Ill never go back! Definately worst customer service I've seen from any shops in that strip mall!!!
They always do a good job with the dry cleaning, but today closed early. Not happy!
