The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Very friendly and helpful.

After being on the road for months traveling for work in several different states and staying in several motels for weeks in each location, I have to say that Trails West Motel is one of the best economy motels I've stayed in to date. The hotel is small but efficient. The staff is very kind and I would definitely recommend this motel to any traveler or any person who needs a place to stay long term.
