I don't think she is a good doctor. You express your complaints, she doesn't care and repeats what she knows. When I mail asks a question, days pass and she doesn't answer. She can't find any solution to your problems.
Terrible service staff tried calling multiple times to have my questions answered to no avail. Only to be launched from one extension to another to inevitably having the phone to go voicemail each time cause no body wants to do their job and answer the phone. I gave up after calling back a 3rd time. After this incident, and rereading some of these reviews about this doctor, there are too many red flags for my comfort. If I could give zero star reviews as a review I would.
She seems nice at first, but I had to find a different doctor she seems to think I have all the time in the world to wait on her. When test results come in I hear nothing from her for days. My pcp is amazing as soon as test results come in that same day he shoots me a message to explain what it means. I decided I needed a endo that will actually work with me.
