Sunita is great to work with and extremely professional. She is very fast to respond to calls, emails and texts. She is most definitely 24/7. Her knowledge of real estate is excellent and she has great connections in the lending and building world. We are definitely happy we have Sunita on our team.
What sets Sunita apart is her exceptional patience and dedication dealing with this hot mess. We owned several homes and being a loan officer I know the drill. But this home purchase was horrible from beginning to the end. She couldn’t get any straight answers or response from the seller/ title company. They are clueless or gave her wrong informations.
