Dr Rao is absolutely wonderful.I'm truly disappointed in the answering service which is not his fault. I will discuss this at my appt however I found the special number he provided me long ago and he answered right away. Took my info called in my rx to a new number that I was out of due to my pharmacy being out. Calmed my nerves also. THEN called me later to make sure I got it! How many Drs do that!! He’s one of those doctors who truly cares and wants the best for you. He’s excellent! Extremely kind! Very thorough! I feel beyond lucky I got him on the day I was admitted to the hospital. So so grateful!
