When I first wrote this review I thought, if I could rate Dr. Rao higher I would give him a 10 out of 5. I found him to be very caring, understanding, knowledgeable, thorough, always available, personable and attentive to my father's needs, however, when my father went into the hospital Dr. Rao promised several times to come and see my father but never showed. Dr Rao is absolutely wonderful.I'm truly disappointed in the answering service which is not his fault. I will discuss this at my appt however I found the special number he provided me long ago and he answered right away. Took my info called in my rx to a new number that I was out of due to my pharmacy being out. Calmed my nerves also. THEN called me later to make sure I got it! How many Drs do that!! I apologized for calling on a holiday but after a long days wait and a woman who treated my like I was 3 at the service I relu... read more
He’s one of those doctors who truly cares and wants the best for you. He’s excellent! Extremely kind! Very thorough! I feel beyond lucky I got him on the day I was admitted to the hospital. So so grateful!
