Worst experience of my life, had an appointment at 10:45 AM got there about 10:30-10:35 after one hour (approximately 11:35) and seeing new people arriving and getting seen told receptionist that I am leaving and going to a Doctor that cares about their patients. Never in my life have I waited an hour in a waiting room without any communication from anyone. Even the manager admitted their employees have mistakes on their employee badges.
