7 month wait before I can even get the consultation my primary doctor is recommending. Look elsewhere!!!
I will give it 0 star if I can. I never seen the doctor yet and I already have an awful experience. I seen another doctor who unfortunately retired and my fill automatically transferred to Patel. I called with a big time concern. I spoke with the receptionist, she took down my information and my symptoms which sounded like salmonella or Ecoli and she said she put my message as high priority on Thursday morning now it’s Saturday and I never heard anything from this doctor. So far our experience with Dr Patel and staff have been wonderful. Especially when my husband’s appointment is WTC related and we are all on edge. Dr Patel and staff have helped us with that anxiety.
