Dr Pai is a very good Physician who does blood work and symptom evaluations. He explains options for medical issues and is excellent at suggesting diet and life style changes. He does recommend supplements as appropriate, and can and does write prescriptions for drugs and for lab tests. He is excellent and skillful at blending traditional and natural medicine.

Dr. Pai is an excellent doctor. Yes, he does have the authority to write prescriptions and order any lab tests he feel necessary. Yes, he does talk a lot but has a ton of wonderful knowledge to share. Yes, he is a bit expensive but if you are needing to see him you have not received the care you need to improve your health from other doctors. The person that stated that Dr Pai doesn't have a blood pressure cuff to take blood pressure when someone sees him is actually a valid statement, and I wonder the same. However, he is not an emergency room physician either. Most people that come to him already know that they that they have severe medical disorders that others have not been able to treat. Dr Pai is not able to write prescriptions (for some reason?) nor does he have so much as a blood pressure cuff in his office so you’ll need to pay another doctor, regardless, if you need to be examined or to get labs. Dr Pai talks a lot and for a long time, charging $$$$ by the hour, but most of what he does is promote a vegan diet and his $$&$ supplements.

I had neuropathy for more years than I could count. After a long visit with my brother-in-law, who had the same problem, I was on my way to Albuquerque Integrative Medicine. Excellence in motion is the best way to describe AIM - very thorough in helping with all the requirements for a NM medical cannabis card. Neuropathy is now a thing of the past. I most highly recommend AIM for any medical issue you have. .

Dr. Pai is one of the most intelligent people I have ever spoken to. It is obvious that he is passionate about being a physician and does continual research, unlike many doctors who don't bother to learn anything new after med school. I had health problems that no other doctor could figure out. They would just shrug their shoulders and write a script for symptoms. Dr. Pai figured out the actual causes of my issues and I am symptom free for the first time in years. Amazing doctor.

I've seen countless doctors who mask the symptoms I experience with prescriptions after a 5-10 minute perfunctory appointment. Dr. Pai listens thoroughly and is intent on addressing the cause of my symptoms. Never before have I found a doctor who is focused on this, the right approach. I'm grateful to have discovered his expertise.
