We have had Dr Khanna for over 15 years! Has always addressed my concerns about my husband who had a stroke many years ago. he is a very caring man and always takes his time to address my feelings and questions. i would be lost without him!!
Dr. Khanna is very knowledgeable and a a delightful man. Unfortunately, the front desk and office manager leave much to be desired. A simple request for a prescription refill becomes a problem each time. They will not send electronic prescriptions. The secretary will hang up on you, not answer when you call back, and head rolls to let you know that she will not assist in your request. The wait times on the office are also quite long.
Very knowledgeable, very helpful and Liz the receptionist very pleasant and answered all my questions.

96 year old Mom's primary MD may be ok but office staff is unbearable. Took an entire week of multiple daily phone calls to get them to fax a script & documentation to a medical supply store for a wheel chair. Not only did I call but the store faxed the requests daily as well. Finally after 8 days of frustration, they said they will fax it over "now" and actually had the nerve to ask for the fax number... really??? What a pain! I should have just spent the darn $200 out of pocket rather that to get her well deserved Medicare... read more

Dr .Khanna very good Doctor takes his time explains everything very concerned about your is cancelled health.As for office staff they do not follow up with the procedures that the Doctor ordered .Never a call back when a procedure is cancelled.

Dr. Khanna is an okay doctor but his frontend staff is something to be desired. I have been trying to get my medical documents from this office for over 2 yrs. And still no results. One time I was sick and total the front desk that I could not keep any food in me for over week. The food was running thou me and was get dehydrated. The front desk told me all I had to do was eat some bananas, rice and cracker to bind me. Didn't scheduled me an appointment. Went to one of those urgent care facilit
My parents have been waiting for very important blood work to figure out if my father has a serious condition and my mother was told 2 times today that the dr would call her back. She finally got tired of waiting and when she called again the office was closed. Now we have another day of trying to figure out what is going on with my dad and no viable answers. If the test results were not back it would have been nice to know considering it is not just my dad who is concerned.
