Everyone was wonderful but the wait was crazy. No seating inside, outside or hallway. Only 3 flabotomists. I was there at 10:30 and had blood work, then waited 35 minutes for Dr. Gandhi and then it was time for my infusion. Don got my vein and I waited an hour for my medicine to be mixed. Only 30 minute infusion, 10 minute flush. I got out at 2:30.Exhausted. You have to hire more people to cover your patient's care.
This was my last visit w/Dr. Gandhi I have been seeing him for about 30 yrs! I thank him for his care and friendship! He will be greatly missed by me and I am sure many other patients! The dr doing her rotation there was very nice and knowledgeable I appreciate her!
Totally caring and professional. Wishing Dr Gandhi the all the BEST in his retirement.
All personnel I encountered, were professional, friendly, and accommodating.
